Please take your time to read these Terms and Conditions very carefully.

1. Prices

All prices on EuroFlames website are shown in GBP. We attempt to ensure that the correct prices are shown on our products, however these may change before we are able to update them. If they differ from the price in your shopping cart we will notify you for approval before taking payment.

2. Placing the order

To place an order, you can use the following options:

  • over the phone
  • fax
  • our website

If you want to place an order via our website, please follow the steps in Check Out section by completing the required information.

Information about payment is in Section 6. (Payment Terms).


3. Delivery Policy

The standard delivery time is 21 days from placing the order. However, if the product is in stock, it will be despatched immediately. If  the item is out of stock you will be contacted via email to give you an accurate delivery date or advise on an alternative item.
We can deliver anywhere in the UK.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 7 days from the date of electronic purchase. A full refund will be given upon cancellation.

Cancellation prior to purchase can be made by email, fax or over the phone.

5. Return Policy

1. Please read the Buyer's Guide prior the purchase to ensure that you buy the right product for your home.

2. Also remember that it is you who is responsible for insuring that the product is suitable and fit for purpose.

3. Wrongly ordered product can be returned by your own means or can be collected by our carrier contractor at a standard rate.

4. All returns will be thoroughly inspected before a refund is released.

5. Under the Distance selling Regulations, you may return the product up to 7 days after the delivery.

The following conditions apply:

  • you have not used the product
  • you must have kept the product in the condition it was delivered
  • the product must be returned to us in perfect condition, with the original undamaged packaging
  • if any damage occurs during the transit, the customer is responsible in full. In this case, a full refund will not be given. The refund will be decreased depending on the level of damage. The full amount paid will be refunded deducting the initial delivery costs.

The above conditions also apply for returns between 7 and 30 days after the delivery of the product to you. If product returned between 7 and 30 days after the delivery, there will be an additional administration charge of 25% of the purchase price of the product returned. The return arrangement is at your own cost.

6. Payment Terms

  • We use secure payment system.
  • We accept credit and debit cards.
  • We also accept cheques.

If you select the last option, please be aware that the desired product will be dispatched only after the cheque has been cleared and the required amount is in our bank account. This procedure may delay the delivery time.

7. Installation Terms
Please note that all installations must comply with local current building regulations and must be carried out by a professional individual or company.
