Delivery Currently we charge £85 per pallet for delivery to mainland UK addresses. For a delivery quote to areas outside mainland UK or non-palletised delivery service, please contact us. The standard delivery time is 21 days from placing the order. However, if the product is in stock, it will be dispatched immediately. If the item is out of stock you will be contacted via email to give you an accurate delivery date or advise on an alternative item.
On delivery day, please have some help on hand, as most of our stoves weigh over 100kg.
Please note that the delivery company driver will require a signature unless you have provided clear written instructions for where the products are to be left if no one is at home. Where goods are left to your instructions, the delivery will be deemed to have been "accepted", once the delivery company has carried out your instructions. In the event that the goods do not arrive in perfect condition please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent. If the damage is noticed while the delivery driver is still present then the delivery should be refused. Once again please contact us immediately so that we can make the arrangements to ship a replacement straight away. Returns
1. Please read the Technical Information prior the purchase to ensure that you buy the right product for your home. 2. Also remember that it is you who is responsible for insuring that the product is suitable and fit for purpose.
3. Wrongly ordered product can be returned by your own means or can be collected by our carrier contractor at a standard rate. 4. All returns will be thoroughly inspected before a refund is released.
5. Under the Distance selling Regulations, you may return the product up to 7 days after the delivery.
The following conditions apply: - you have not used the product
- you must have kept the product in the condition it was delivered
- the product must be returned to us in perfect condition, with the original undamaged packaging
- if any damage occurs during the transit, the customer is responsible in full. In this case, a full refund will not be given. The refund will be decreased depending on the level of damage. The full amount paid will be refunded deducting the initial delivery costs.
The above conditions also apply for returns between 7 and 30 days after the delivery of the product to you. If product returned between 7 and 30 days after the delivery, there will be an additional administration charge of 25% of the purchase price of the product returned. The return arrangement is at your own cost. |
